On November 7, 2006 the trunk of a large fir tree on my property split. Half of the tree landed in my yard. The part that remained standing cantilevered over my elderly, housebound neighbor's home. I phoned your company after 3 pm. Within in an hour-and-a-half, a crew arrived. The supervisor Taurino, assessed the situation, which included entwined utility lines and was aloft within minutes.
He worked with grace, precision and speed as the light failed. His ground crew kept their eyes on Taurino, who signaled his drops with his hand until it got dark, then he switched to a flashlight. How he managed to hang on to it while juggling a chainsaw and two lines as he danced through those rotted, old limbs was beyond me. He did it with the agility of a master dancer. Sadly, I had neither the light nor the equipment to video him. If his efforts had been recorded, it would have rivaled any performance art piece on the market. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to behold this remarkable man in action.
Everybody in your company that I connected with in the past has been skilled and polite. In this emergency, they performed so far beyond my expectations that I have trouble finding words to express my gratitude.

The tulip trees look great, the clean up was well done - they were very considerate of the property. Well do another project next year.

I just wanted to drop a note to let you know how pleased we are with your work. The crew was on time, courteous and extremely competent. The six trees removed were adjacent to structures. The crew exercised great care not to damage anything. When they were done, they cleaned up every twig.
